Ciara is an Accredited Practising Dietitian passionate about supporting individuals through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond with compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care. Her love for food and nutrition began at a young age, with fond memories spent cooking in the kitchen alongside her Italian family. These early experiences inspired her passion for nourishing others through food and shaped her holistic and practical approach to nutrition.

Ciara completed her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Nutrition and Biochemistry, at The University of Sydney in 2019 before earning her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2022. She has gained valuable experience working across rural hospitals and communities, particularly in Finley and Deniliquin, where she developed a strong appreciation for personalised and accessible healthcare.

Ciara works with a diverse range of clients, empowering individuals and families to make informed nutrition choices that support their health, fertility, and the wellbeing of future generations. In 2025, she further specialised in fertility nutrition, becoming a recognised Fertility Dietitian after completing an intensive 8-week advanced training program. Through Conceive to Cradle Nutrition, Ciara combines science-backed nutrition with practical, realistic guidance to help clients feel confident, supported, and nourished throughout every stage of their journey.
